GRANBURY -- The UTB/TSC Women's Golf team will be competing in the Lady Knights Bluebonnet Classic in Granbury, Texas Monday and Tuesday, April 2-3, hosted by Northwood University.

It's the final tuneup for the women's golf team before competing in the Red River Athletic Conference and Region VI Women's Golf Championships April 16-17.

Sophomore April Martinez has been the Scorpions' most consistent golfer. She has finished second in the medalist race at the last tournaments in February -- the Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr. South Padre Invitational and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Spring Invitational.
