Begin Conference Play against Bacone

MUSKOGEE,
Okla. -- The UTB/TSC women's soccer team looks to rebound into the victory
column as the Scorpions compete in
the Bacone College Classic Friday
and Saturday, September 7-8.
When the Scorpions (2-1) take the field at 2 p.m. Friday, they will be making history as they compete against Bacone College (0-2) in the school's first-ever Red River Athletic Conference game.
At 8 a.m.
Saturday, the Scorpions take on Sooner Athletic Conference member Rogers State University (1-0).
"The game against Bacone is the most important game for us so far," Scorpion head coach Nik Barjaktarevic said. "We're a little bit more confident coming into conference, having played three games so far. We are more focused, and ready for a hard conference match."
Next on the schedule for the Scorpions will be the Southwestern Assemblies of God University Classic held at Northwood University in Cedar Hill on September 14-15. The Scorpions
will play McPherson University (Kan.) and York College (Neb.).
