Scorpions Move Up To No. 20 in NAIA Rankings

The UTB/TSC women’s volleyball team moved up three places to the No. 20 position in the newest NAIA National Women’s Volleyball Top 25, released Wednesday, October 24.
UTB/TSC received 65 votes, three more than they had last week when they were ranked No. 23. However, the Scorpions received 69 votes two weeks ago and were ranked No. 22.
The ranking is the highest this season for the Scorpions, who are 23-6 and have wrapped up the Red River Athletic Conference South Division crown.
Fresno Pacific continues to lead the national rankings with a 23-0 record.
The Scorpions will play four matches at the Trinity University Tournament Oct. 26-27 and finish the regular season at The University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg November 1.
