Named Conference Players of the Week

Scorpion middle blocker Talita Milasauskas has been named Red River
Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, while teammate
Daianarah Bracero was named RRAC Setter of the Week for the period
October 29-November 4.
Milasauskas was also named NAIA Region VI Player of the Week and was third in voting for the national award.
Milasauskas, a freshman middle blocker from Sao Paulo, Brazil, collected her fifth triple-double of the season in an exciting 3-2 loss to The University of Texas-Pan American. She recorded 28 kills, 20 digs and 10 blocks. She holds school records for kills (527) and blocks (201) and leads the conference in aces and blocks.
Bracero, a junior from Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, surpassed the 60-assist mark for the third time this season in the UTPA match. She finished with 61 assists along with 10 digs and four kills. She holds the school record for assists with 1,449 and leads the conference in assists.
The awards marked the fifth time Milasauskas received the POW award and the fourth time Bracero received the Setter of the Week award this season.
